Interface Technologies
provides world class design services with design centers in Silicon
Valley, California and Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. The design centers
fulfill the needs of worldwide clients for designing high-end servers,
routers, switches and other types of electronic enclosures.
We
are equipped with the latest high-end workstations and server
infrastructure to execute mechanical design work. Our infrastructure is
fully equipped for interacting with Interface Technologies’s Santa Clara, CA engineering
team and global customers.
The design software environment consists of Pro/Engineer Wildfire
3.0/INTRALINK 8.0, Solidworks 2004-2018/PDMWorks.

are also equipped with Pro/Mechanica and ANSYS for structural/vibration
analysis and FloTherm or Icepak for thermal analysis. |

We
have mechanical design engineers with specific capabilities in the
areas of enclosure design with excellent understanding of EMC, thermal
management, cable management and the manufacturing processes. |
Additionally, we conduct the following in-house exercises with the
objective to keep our design team at par with international standards
and quality:
- All engineers are continually trained on the latest CAD applications and release levels.
- Training on specifications from the telecom industry e.g. EIA, GR-63-CORE etc.
- We
train our India based engineers to help them understand and appreciate
the nuances of the U.S. culture. This is very important from the
standpoint of smooth communication.
Our
India-based team is managed and lead by US experienced senior level
engineers. We emphasize US work ethics, culture, design environment,
and expertise in India. The senior level US based team provides project
management and customer interaction including on-site support at
customer sites. Having a US-based Customer Focused Team with
India-based delivery enables Interface Technologies to provide world-class quality,
time-to-market, and customer satisfaction. |
